Full Membership of the Association is open to all who served an apprenticeship at No I School of Technical Training (“the School”) including those who came from the Commonwealth and foreign countries. Associate Membership is open to those who were either directly or indirectly involved in support of apprentice training at the School; RAF Cranwell Apprentices, Boy Entrants and apprentices from any RAF Station may be awarded Associate Membership. Friend Membership is open to the next of kin of all deceased ex-Apprentices. Social or Student Membership is open to those who are generally interested in the activities of the RAFHAA.

The Annual Subscription for Full, Associate and Social Membership is £20. Friend Membership is £10, all payable by Standing Order Application.

Please download and complete the form below. Serving and retired RAF personnel should ensure the boxes, Service No, Rank, Entry, Joining Date, Trade and Current Occupation are completed. Applicants for Friend Membership must supply details of their relationship with the deceased (wife, brother, sister, etc) together with their service details (Service Number, Apprentice Entry and Rank) if known, and date of death. Applicants for Associate Membership may be requested to provide additional information relating to their support of training at the School.

Once your application has been approved a Standing Order Mandate will be sent to you by email. This will need completing and sent to your bank. On confirmation of your standing order by the Association’s Bank, you will be sent your Membership Card and Membership Number by post. A PDF copy of the latest Haltonian Magazine together with the latest Newsletter will be sent to you.
